Our DNA
This company was created following the observation of a significant lack of activity at the crossroads between consultancy and transition management. One focused on establishing diagnoses and action plans, the other aimed at ensuring operational continuity. Our goal is to combine these approaches to ensure the transformation required by our customers on the technical, cultural and human aspects.

We intervene in the industrial environment on operational issues.
